So a friend of mine asked if I can redraw on computer. figured why not, shouldn’t take to long. should help me out some anyways getting the blood flowing in which it still isn’t much and been wanting to pass out all day while I was out.
Also something to complain about from the pride event last week, I gave some people cards so they can see some of my stuff I posted online and in hopes some people I met there can contact me and send me some of there photos and video and I would be willing to share them. No, no one has sent me anything. Come on. And I believe I tried to get hold of a few people that have given me cards themselves but nothing back from them, sad. any who, Pinchy!
So I heard it was National Lobster Day, so I drew a lobster because I don’t have any photos of one. But I didn’t draw any lobster, I drew Pinchy from the Simpsons episode Homer gets one as a pet, in cute form. Rhythm of things!
As promised, I post. well, didn’t really promise but found anyways, and it’s so true. But sadly no photos from the Kings victory parade, I’m just feeling so drained lately and I have no idea why. I need to figure out how to solve this problem.
Awhile ago a friend of mine got married and asked me to take photos and this was my fav of the bunch. I have no idea why. As for photos I’m editing a bunch for someone (still, hate that I’m taking so long but would like one of them to get hold of me) wiping the background from them and putting in new ones. Earlier today I come across an image someone made about freelancers and it’s so true. hopefully I can find that again and I’ll post it.
For anyone of you that happened to be hiding under a rock for the past day or two the Kings here in LA won the Stanley Cup and we are going to have a victory parade here thursday. am I going to head over and take photos? If I’m not feeling completely drained still why not. I think I’ll pass out again now.
Let see how did my day go? It started off with meeting some friends of mine, getting a quick breakfast, then heading over. Got to WeHo at around 10am near the end of the parade route, put-on blades and rode to the start of it just to get some photos before hand. Once I made it to the start I went around taking some more photos of the floats and people waiting to start moving and then finally found my friends again. At around 11:45 we started walking the route going for about a mile and a half down Santa Monica Blvd and after I hung around the area for a few more hours, meeting with other people and taking more photos of the wackiness that was ensuing. What a truly entertaining day.
Got home little later than I wanted to, so much crazy stuff went on and a lot of photos coming. I also brought my video comer but like a dork I didn’t record anything. oh well I know some other people that likely did so I’ll post that up later. So in the mean time might want to wait for it, might not be up till sometime tomorrow. Also I found out there is some video with me last year messing with some of the protesters during the event in which there seemed to be fewer of this year.
And the sad part is no one seems to know any Metallica songs. I mean, do I HAVE to grab the guitar and play something? Its been awhile but I’m sure I can still do “For whom the Bell Tolls.”
So Andy Rehfeldt has posted a new dub of this song everyone seems to be loving right now and is asking people to send in there own version of vocals sofarthereare6versions of it. Right now I’m wondering should I send in my own? I can’t sing really and there is video of me singing a bit of enter sandman from metallica and my reaction was eww but doesn’t mean I shouldn’t try. I’ll think about it but most likely no.
