No Kings Protest ’26

During the week I got news that a No Kings Protest was going up on Saturday. I was originally planning going to the one in Thousand Oaks but other plans earlier in the the day took a bit longer then expected. I figured I could get to the one in Simi Valley since I was closer to there anyways. The protest started at 2 but I got there just after 3. Didn’t get a lot of photos but still got a nice number for the time I was there. Brad Sherman also made a guest appearance.

But one thing interesting, I remember years before, back in 2009 and there was a Tea Party Protest happening there. Some thing I remember about the movement back then was they were blaming Obama for the recession that started before he was even elected as president. But there was also not nearly as much people at the Tea Party Protest as there was at the No Kings.
