Dolls

A few days ago a friend messaged me asking if I can do a quick photoshop for their niece. They sent they photo and asked if I can remove the hands holding the dolls up and said yes. I didn’t realize how frustrating this was going to be because I tried two different tricks and wasn’t working as I had in mind. It was causing me pain. Then I decided to go a stupid and simple because I didn’t care much anymore, and it worked out better than I expected.

The tree was the biggest problem because form the looks of it I would have to draw stuff in, but decided the lazy route was better for now because this was for a kid and was told she wasn’t going to care because it’s for a project. But what’s crazy is it didn’t take long to realize this was taken with an iPhone using the portrait mode. So much artificial blur.
