Spooky Theme

I opened up pokemon go this morning and saw everything was different. Kind of a mid-autumn coloration, with pumpkins at stops and gyms. I really like how so many games now have some kind of in game holidays, and is so much easier to pull of since they can be connected online.

The first time I saw anytime like a holiday theme in a game was Simpsons Hit and Run when you open up the menu screen on certain dates, Homer had an outfit on to reflect the day. Honestly don’t know of anything else that did anything like that before. Now this is a little more common I’m sure but I think it adds more game replay value.
