To Do What?
While leaving Santa Monica during one of my adventures I saw this sign that was burnt up. From what I can tell it says, they’ll pay $100, to anyone(?), but not sure how to make out the rest. Pretty sure I saw the guy walking around with this earlier that day, but didn’t really pay attention to what his sign said.
