Unusual Activity

I’ve been noticing some strange accounts on instagram liking some photos on my page. Not sure what this is about but there seems to be a pattern with them. All seemingly recent accounts with just 3 posts and no actual info on their pages. Are they bots? I like that I have some extra attention on my page but I feel like there is something more to this.
