Brush Chicken

I know I mentioned before there are a lot of chickens in Hawaii. They are of course feral, and I’m not sure how it affects the native bird population which have been hit hard because of human mistakes. It started with rats the islands, then brought mongooses to deal with the rats but caused more problems to the birds and turtles. And then cats became a problem because they also destroy bird populations. But for the chickens, it seems there are mixed feelings from the people, more against, but also a fascinating story to them.
