so a while back I tried out for this bad TV show on scifi channel “Who Wants to be a Superhero?” because hey, who doesn’t want to be one? the reason I heard about it is because I tried out for some other bad show that I wanted to go on for the reasons of going insane and pissing off MTV (the show was called NEXT) and I was called by some people from some other casting agency and asked if I can try out for that to. Fast forward so much and I met with one of the people that made the show season 2, Ms. Limelight hanging with others that tried out. when I was talking to her she said she wanted some kind of logo for herself and offered to make it because I do that kind of thing.

after I was done sent her the file but never heard back again, oh well…

When I was a kid a favorite cartoon at the time was animaniacs, in which if you haven’t seen the show go on youtube and look for some clips from it. It’s still great even today, one of the characters on the show was known as Slappy the Squirrel.

What is also known is that I’m a critic of scientology, and one thing talked a lot of about them is current leader David Miscavige beats up and abuses staff. Now if you ask one of them if that really happens they will say that is all a lie, but the problem is I’ve talked to many former scientologist and heard a lot of stories describing a lot of the same things that happened to them.

Something else in scientology is that to make changes to “the tech” is illegal and known as squirreling, and it is believed that the current leader has done just that. Long time critic Mark Bunker a little while ago coined the term “Slappy Squirrel” talking about him in a video if his, and we all had a nice little laugh on that. Soon someone had the idea to take the Slappy the Squirrel title card from animaniacs and photoshop the head of David Miscavige on it, I decided to just remake it all together…

I made this for that flyer for the drag show event up in the bay area. I put this on as part of a mockup that I make but wasn’t fitting for the rest of the image. Not that great of a drawing (I’m not all that great anyways but I know a few things) but then again I don’t draw people.

So for a while I been wanting to draw my own Naga, not to bad but I feel it is to warcraft like. I wanted it to have as much south asian influence as I can fit it but I’m having some trouble on that, and I didn’t want a human head on it so I made… something lizard like. I’ll figure something out more to my liking but for now I’ll use this.

When I started drawing this out I had in mind make something somewhat reveling but also evil looking. Yes, large boobs, short top, and wanted to do a skirt that was just above the knees. I was having trouble trying to draw out the legs, so I just gave her a long dress and I think it works better that way. Large sword in one hand to show strength and power, and seemed to have given her bracelets a lot like what Wonder Woman has, and last the final touch, large wings just for fun.

Rather recent drawing, I scanned it before my hard drive died. but anywho, the idea is based off the real life Terror Bird from back in the day, but more like a hominoid. Right now I’m going with the name Terror Bird but I want to use something else along the lines, like Terrobeak or something like that. I’m sure I’ll get something good

So in Greek Mythology was a creature called the Hecatonchires or the Hundred-Handed Ones. On the History Channel there is a show called “Clash of the Gods” and as I posted before mythology fascinates me. In a few episodes they mention the Hundred Handers playing a few roles and I just felt like making my own version.

So to get things started there is no way I can draw something out with a hundred hands because I don’t have the patients, so I cut the number down a lot. So I gave it 6, one for each arm, and just to entertain myself I gave it scorpion like stingers on the back, a lot like that of Andariel of Diablo 2

In Egyptian mythology there was a creature known as Ammit, it was a mix of three creatures the egyptians feared most; the crocodile, lion, and hippo. what it did was it ate the hearts of the wicked.

So now the challenge on trying to draw it out, so something with the front part of the body belonging to a big cat and back of a hippo is NOT going to be able to run. so how do I solve that problem? full hippo body, still has crocodile head but I want to add a cat like feature that will be fitting. loin mane won’t work because to me it might seem a little confusing. no leopard spots because I didn’t like how it looked, plus I’m to lazy to draw out a bunch of spots all over it. So then I figured would tiger stripes work? and to me it seems to, at least to me it does
