Way of the Heart
A short film a friend of mine is making. A Martial Arts romantic comedy about leveling up, powering up, and fighting ninjas, old rivals, new enemies, and even friends.
Our Story
Way of the Heart is a 30 min short film comprised of a collection of talented up and comers in the film and media industry.
The story is as follows: After the bitter rivalry between their dad’s Martial Arts schools forces Reggie to regretfully break things off with the girl of his dreams, he sets off to get her back; fighting new enemies, old rivals, and even friends along the way.The film will have awesome and unique visual effects, plenty of anime, manga, video game, and other geeky references and homages, as well as awesome fight scenes.
When its finished, we will submit this project to various film festivals, including the one at ComiCon
It will be the debut project for the up coming Press_Select productions, and a huge leap forward for KidHaru

School suspends cancer survivor teen over hair he plans to donate
Now, the reason I am posting this is the fact I am also a guy with hair I grew up because I donate. Right now it is past time to cut it and I need to find time to do that because it is half way down my back. A friend of mine sent me this link over facebook likely because she knew I wold be bothered by it and yes I was so I felt I needed to also share it around. Now the reason for the kid being suspended has to do with a school policy saying boys must have there hair “clean, neat, free of unnatural or distracting colors, off the collar, off the ears and out of the eyes.” Sad if you ask me because as a kid I don’t remember any school I went to doing anything like that. A Petition been set up for the school to chance this policy and a lot of people have signed it. Maybe you can to. But this whole grow your hair out thing to donate makes me think, what have I started?

Thats kind of the thing with me, when I take photos and edit them I don’t do heavy editing like that because I don’t see any reason to at all. It’s not natural and looks very unhealthy to the point it can be scary. But if for any reason I am taking photos of something that needs heavy editing it’s because thats what I was planing to do with them in the first place and it’s to do something else I had in mind completely thats more fun.

Something I recently come across again was this photo someone took in hollywood of a flyer found posted in the area. Now most people would know that is not a cat but an opossum they have so those people seem clueless right? this flyer in fact made as a joke, how do I know? because I took the photo on the left side of it at my place and put it on wikipedia. Now that photo isn’t on the page anymore but it still is funny knowing the person went to the site and used my photo for what I thought was really funny.
