The last day of Anime Expo is coming up and as tired as I am want to see this through. I still have more photos to take and don’t think I’ll get as many as some previous years but we can only see what happens.

Hidden Cash
I’m sure those of you that actually come to my site have heard of this. It’s a social experiment some guy is starting and the first place he went to was around the bay area up north and soon I heard he was going to be around LA this weekend. Turns out he started making drops wednesday and will remain here for the weekend. Now he is making drops at some places at beaches around here tonight for everyone to find in the morning, or when ever they can.
the best part of it all is the fact other people around the US also seem to be getting in on this. I would be joining in the search up and down the local beaches but I’ll be in Long Beach for some other event going on that I want to check out. and if you are interested in knowing, here is a clue in a photo. And for the rest of you taking part of the hunt I say good luck, and I ask for you all to play nice.
New Year, New Ideas.
As 2013 comes to an end I’ve decided to do something interesting with the site. I happen to like various holidays, especially when it gives you an excuse to go out, have fun, and be weird like on Halloween, the Winter Holidays, or No Pants as it slowly is becoming around the world. So what I’m doing is changing up the header image in relation to whatever is coming up or going on and I’m going to try to do more things this year because I really feel I don’t do enough. Also I edited the background image (which is in fact also the header image, strange limitations) to be smaller in file size and more fitting to tablets (it was just something that bugged me about looking at the site on my iPad).
And since it’s New Years Eve I have the header image up for this time of year with fireworks going on in the background and I would get myself ready to go out but I don’t have anyone to join me right now so from the looks of it I might be spending the night playing warcraft. Oh well. Lets just hope this new year will be good to me. And for now, my video of the dogs again when they where still a few months old.

Back home from SantaCon ’13
It was a very long but very fun day. Did a lot of traveling around, got lots of photos, hung with excellent people and now I’m home and tired. In fact a little to tried to look through the photos and edit them so they should be online tomorrow because I also have some other little project during the day. But for now here is a sample of what I saw.
PedoBear Costume Update
So ebay took the auction down that I posted the link to, lame, so the guy put it up on his easy page. Still think the lot of you should check it out, and if I see you in it, I will request a photo.

So a friend of mine that created the costume has decided to put it up to sell and with the proceeds made he plans on donating to children’s foundation to help stop child abuse. I know, a little ironic but also makes sense. Now this is the same guy and costume in which I made a mock interview with back during Comic Con ’09 which was used in not just 1, but 2 news reports. His reasoning to sell can be heard in the video below so check it out and make yourself a bid.
No Nisei Week photos today, Sorry.
I was planning on heading out this morning but I am still coughing like mad. I have no idea what hit but it was kind of hard and I’m not sure I have the energy to go out and take photos for it either.
But with luck the Black Tie Beach Party is next sunday and I should be well enough to join that. I have the flyer for that about ready, I just need the exact location set and I’ll post it online.
