Every year here in LA we have the May Day rally for immigrants rights, one year due to police error riot police got a little out of hand. I do believe that problem has been solved since then, but this year most people where angry about the law that passed in arizona. I went to check it out and got a good number of photos.
and people should remember, immigration is in part what helped make this county
kind of a long day and not many photos, but over all fun. got home very tired and slept well last night, that always makes me feel good.
Was a good Raid we had, lots of scientologist walking by not happy with the fact we happened to be there. I took a few photos and yelled my usual “Hubbard died on psychs drugs,” “Hubbard was a fugitive in several counties,” and “Scientology, convicted of fraud.”
It’s all there, and of course they all call me a liar. One scientologist was starting to cross the street when it didn’t say walk and I tried to get her out of it so a car won’t hit her, then flipped out in a very strange way. I was also flipped off (they do that a lot), and apparently one girl was hit in the stomach by another scientologist. I don’t know the whole story on that and might be video.
So last week hanging with some friends of mine another one told me about this coming up, and I thought this might be fun, cosplayers in the park, just having fun, I’m there.
I was kind of a slow day for the protest, 10 people came but at least I scared some sea org off. I was asking one scientologist how he feels about the fact they are in part responsible for the Heaven’s Gate mass suicide back in ’97 after scientology destroyed and took over the Cult Awareness Network. don’t believe me? I found a post made by a member of Heaven Gate praising scientology for it 3 months before they all killed themselves. You can’t take away the fact of that when it is right there. He called me a lair on that.

3 Days of Epic Enturbulation, I was only able to make 2 of them but over all it was exciting and a lot of fun…
the first day started with a Press Conference in Hollywood, we had many news vans parked outside and a number of critics join us. Even someone from Freedom Magazine (a scientology publication) came to record the event, he asked if he can come it and said it was fine as long as he doesn’t cause problems. It turned out he did, he was just trying to record peoples faces in the crowd. He left after we uncovered what he was really doing, and that didn’t take long. Soon after We went to Gold Base and got attacked by a bulldozer, HAHA!
Day 2 was a Tour of Hollywood, many out of Towners came and raided with us and had a lot of fun, it took a while for handers to come out and they all looked pissed. What make it better was the scientology kept telling us where where criminals and such, I pulled out a short list (4 pages) of crimes done by scientologist including that of hubbard himself. They kept saying they are all lies, yes because we never see scientologist do anything wrong
I was unable to make Day 3 due to other plans, but over all it was great…
So while I was on my deviantart page I noticed this ad for a video contest for the site vimeo The Story Beyond the Still, and the idea is you are given a still photo and must make a short video out of it (2-4 min). The trick to this contest is your video must be in HD, brutal huh? So I did what anyone would, grab my video camera, armadillo, and got some fishing line and made what I must say is the most bizarre video ever, and it makes no sense.
Right now the first submission period for videos is over, but there will be 5 more during the year. So be sure to check it out and make your own videos. Also read the rule so you have a better idea what’s going on.

The new year gives new possibilities, and for scientology more acts of them showing how damaged they are. Just on raid day alone, started off in australia with one of them spitting on a protester, grabbing another and trying to kiss him, and takes the phone out of the hands of another protester. Else where not much seemed to happen other then partying. Here in LA we had a nice group going on, and later that night the handlers finally come out. Its nice to know scientologist view anyone critical of them as nazis, bigots, and like the KKK. What makes that funny is we aren’t the ones that have big theatrical events, think they are better then everyone else, and use intimidation tactics. It is true that you have to be insane if you decide to stand up against them due to very well known and cruel tactics they use on people, but hey someone has to stand up to them.
So a friend of mine thought it would be fun to grab a few people and head over to check the place out, and it was better to learn that the first tuesday of the month is free so we had an even better time hanging around there.
