An idea I had a couple of months ago. The concept was that people from all over the world started waking up having the abilities they may have fantasized about as a child or currently fantasize about. For a long time I wondered what the mechanism would be for an event like this…
That was until the film “Inception” where people would often forget they were dreaming and participating in a simulation. Same mechanism applies here, a group of people agree to participate in a simulation of fantasy… and forget they are dreaming.

Quick drawing I meant to post last night, but was out taking photos. Qill post them later, but here is the drawing anyways. Something that has been floating in my head for a while, a snail with arms. I kept thinking to myself before, “what if I can have something that can see around walls, and not have it’s whole head be in danger of getting hit by some projectile?” It was either that or a slug, and I wanted to draw the shell, so yay.

that one hand is huge, and face is to happy looking to me.

alright, of my version of the specters I want them all to have similar shapes to each other but the different types have a distinguishably different marks, like the reapers have a body that looks like it is covered in a cloak, Banshees have wild hair on the head. but the wraith, I have no idea what to give it, tried, hair, weird bunny ear like things, smokey eyes, nothing works that I can think of, if you have something good let me know and I’ll see if it works.

Irony: a monkey dressed up as one of the Knights Templar. We all know most fundamentalist Christians believe the idea of evolution blasphemy, and the idea we were once monkeys drives them crazy right? To make it better, it’s meant to be a baboon.

After I drew it out I saw the head should be moved a little to the left but really didn’t want to erase anything. Then after I scanned it saw how the hand is holding the sword is wrong and left side of the tabard isn’t right either. HA! oh well, we all make mistakes.

An all new design to what we all know the Sphinx to look like. I imagine it to be a creature that lives in the desert and a predator, and with a human head and a cat like body it won’t exactly be that good of a hunter or any good at ripping off meat from its pray with a design like that.

What I did to improve on it is gave it a cat like head but with a slightly longer snout, and just for fun horns, the body is meant to look more long and lean with the head to better fit the design. Right now having trouble figuring out what the ears will look like so did without.

lol, dimmu borgir song (off a kind of crappy album)

in part inspired by what many black metal bands wear during the photoshoots they do, but really, the band with the best shots is Immortal.

Snakes have long changed from the serpentine bodies they once had, regrown new limbs, bipedal, and ready for battle they make fearsome foes. The body came out kind of fine, but don’t like the head and neck to much. What I should do is make the neck longer and head stick out more.

I think the last time I drew this guy was back in high school. the idea behind him he is a time traveler going to different eras trying to keep things in the past from going wrong. The reason for the last drawings I made was for my US history class in high school, the teacher wanted us to make a children’s book about World War 2 noting a number of events. This was also right after I first got photoshop so I make the drawings by hand, scanned, and colored in on computer. For the time being it was cool and I liked how it came out, to bad I have no way to see it again.

With what I know now in graphics and such, if I was to remake that book it would be way awesome looking.

And one more thing, I want to do more drawings just to get myself into it again and thats where I’ll need your help. Give me some ideas, some creatures to make more human or other mythological beings to draw in my style and I’ll post every wednesday. If you have a style of dress for them to be in let me know and I’ll see if I can pull that off.

When I was a kid a favorite cartoon at the time was animaniacs, in which if you haven’t seen the show go on youtube and look for some clips from it. It’s still great even today, one of the characters on the show was known as Slappy the Squirrel.

What is also known is that I’m a critic of scientology, and one thing talked a lot of about them is current leader David Miscavige beats up and abuses staff. Now if you ask one of them if that really happens they will say that is all a lie, but the problem is I’ve talked to many former scientologist and heard a lot of stories describing a lot of the same things that happened to them.

Something else in scientology is that to make changes to “the tech” is illegal and known as squirreling, and it is believed that the current leader has done just that. Long time critic Mark Bunker a little while ago coined the term “Slappy Squirrel” talking about him in a video if his, and we all had a nice little laugh on that. Soon someone had the idea to take the Slappy the Squirrel title card from animaniacs and photoshop the head of David Miscavige on it, I decided to just remake it all together…
