Another shot from new years eve. I missed out on the Woman’s match today, I was supposed to meet with someone about making video but never heard back for them. Oh well, Some other time. In the meantime.

Seems So Wrong
So much news today of the Trump inauguration, and nothing about it feels right. I’ve watched this man out right lie on a number of occasions. Brag about and encourage bad behavior, make white supremacists feel empowered, The list goes on. This is a man that is so many things that followers of his claim to hate. Then the excused for everything make things more amazing. Exhibit A, below image. Why are there so much fewer people?
“Conservatives work:” I live in a state that not only makes a lot of money but works hard to help provide for the rest of the country, it’s a blue state, and many of those others that are being aided by us are red states like those in the south. “It was taken earlier in the day:” looks like around the same time to me. “Obama being sworn in was a historic event:” That’s true. “That’s a photoshop:” not something you want to try on me. “Protesters were blocking the way:” I have no way to tell if that’s true.
And then other behavior of Trump supporters is also disturbing. Like I said, this is a guy who out right lies on a number of occasions so willingly, and the devotion from his followers who believe he can do nothing wrong. I don’t see this kind of problem unless it involves so kind cult. And as someone who is openly critically of scientology after watching the behavior of so many followers, a long with my own research in other cults, I have a idea of what i’m talking about.
This is going to a strange, awkward, humorous, and disturbing 4 years.
Kitten Vs Beetle
So, now they you can no longer upload videos to vine, looks like the place to upload my short clips will be instagram now. What was nice about that site was there was so little code you needed to paste to embed the video you wanted to use. But with instagram, you can put video up to a minute long. I really hope they figure out how to shorten the embedding code.
Hit And Run
So I came across this story, and was disturbed by the fact people were cheering the idea of such a thing. I understand blocking the road is stupid, thought it does bring attention to a cause easier, but to excuse injuring or killing people. Meanwhile, these same people get upset when another person rams into a crowd for their own selfishness. I understand, different situation, but still wrong on both cases.

Home From Comic Excitement
Well, Was a pretty small con, and the fact another going on in Pomona, that was more well known likely didn’t help. I saw much of the cosplay contest, and there was plenty of good costumes out. And it seems it wasn’t just first place getting cash prizes. On day 2 there was a fashion show, and found some people that I know who were involved with it. Well, hopefully if they do it again next year it will have more stuff. I was there as Neo from The Matrix.
Now to promote some people. Ran into some people promoting a movie that should be coming out this year, Zombiecon. Got a small container of smile I got to make form Mad Science of LA. Some app called, Concon, which is to help you find out about coming conventions. And pages of cosplayers, prop makers, and other stuff. 562comics Sarah Storm Cosplay, Ireland Reid,

Well, we all saw the disaster that was our last election, and there will be plenty of people fighting back, lets just hope they will be smarter about it, and more honest then the tea party was. There will also be a women’s march in DC, which there will be no way i can make that, but seems there will be a sister rally in LA.
Other then that, I’m back home form the first day of Comic Excitement. wasn’t bad, kind of small but room to grow. Another update for that will be up tomorrow.
Nintendo Switch – Super Mario Odyssey
Saw a nice presentation of the new system coming out in 2 months. Wish I can link to the whole thing but yeah, not happening. So here is a new Mario game which looks awesome.
Fountain of Lights
During New Years in downtown. The fountain in grand park looked pretty cool in this. There were also people playing around in it, as always. I won’t because, cold. And didn’t ant to get my feet wet.
