Crash And Bail

Old photo, and from the meta data it says it’s from December 2006, late in the morning. I believe I was walking up the street here and from what I can tell happened, a back tire blew, the driver freaked out, hit a light pole, then crashed in to the divider and ran off on foot. Then again there is a gas station nearby so he could have walked into there too.
