AMC Theatres: Avengers Marathon

I’ve talked to a few friends of about something like this. Gather up together and watch Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America at someones place then go see Avengers but I figure it would be best to do that on a weekend. This might be better that is if I’m not up to anything that day in which I might be anyways so sadness. And this is all being done by AMC Theatres but only a few places are doing this right now. More info will come later on who else will.

A short film a friend of mine is making. A Martial Arts romantic comedy about leveling up, powering up, and fighting ninjas, old rivals, new enemies, and even friends.

Our Story
Way of the Heart is a 30 min short film comprised of a collection of talented up and comers in the film and media industry.
The story is as follows: After the bitter rivalry between their dad’s Martial Arts schools forces Reggie to regretfully break things off with the girl of his dreams, he sets off to get her back; fighting new enemies, old rivals, and even friends along the way.

The film will have awesome and unique visual effects, plenty of anime, manga, video game, and other geeky references and homages, as well as awesome fight scenes.

When its finished, we will submit this project to various film festivals, including the one at ComiCon

It will be the debut project for the up coming Press_Select productions, and a huge leap forward for KidHaru

So last week i was watching TV and I see an ad for the coming SAG awards. one thing i noticed during it was the statue holding masks that at first looked like Guy Fawkes or V for Vendetta masks. someone i know also pointed this out to me so i decided to photoshop it see it i can making it look like it is holding real GF masks that look the part of the statue itself. Came out alright i guess. was a lot of figuring out how to pull that off

So on the site Deviantart, they had a contest for the movie Scott Pilgrim vs. the World which I HAVE YET TO SEE, ugh, but I will. The idea behind it is to create an 8th evil ex and create them in anyway you can think of. so I used my photoshop skills without surprise.

the powers behind this guy? generates anti-matter. wasn’t sure what it would look like so I just made purple flames just to get some from of a type of energy blast to itself project as. i don’t know, the idea works for me so i went with it.

So sometime next month is the release of the movie Legion, now I’m not a religious person but I’ve always had a fascination with the stories, characters, and the creatures found it them which is in part why this movie comes to my interest.

now on the board I post on about scientology one guy started a topic saying “hey, lets photoshop the poster to make it anon related.” So then I figured why not, see what new tricks I can pull off and came out kind of nicely.

I have to say this is a movie I have to see, I was watching or reading somewhere that James Cameron wrote this along time ago but was told her couldn’t make it because we didn’t have the technology at time for a movie like this can be make. Then after seeing the last 3 Star Wars movies and Lord of the Rings he figured its time to start making it. The movie comes out next month so can’t wait.
