Time to reveal yet another show I was on, Good Girls. In fact I was on it twice but the first time I didn’t do anything but sit in holding. This time I was...
Awhile ago I was for some strange reason in the St. Louis area, and some store around there, Cloud 9, was having it’s last day. So I got myself some food making related product,...
I have to be honest, I was expecting to watch this in theaters and not online with some streaming service. Anyways, yesterday was my birthday and my family was like “hey, let’s watch this, it’s a good gift to you.” I enjoyed the movie, and was hoping to see myself in the crowd as I have posted video from that day, but was so far in the back I don’t think I would be easily noticeable.
This scene is from the very beginning of the movie and what happened was Kid Cudi was performing and just disappeared, then suddenly Jesus popped up in place. A lot less footage was used then I expected. But then against I wasn’t there very long anyways. Anywho, you can watch online now.
I was on last nights episode of Mixed-ish, and was very noticeable in the back. Unfortunately this was the last show I was on and might be awhile till I’m on something again, completely because of corona virus. A lot of stuff has shut down because of it.
Anyways, originally I was supposed to be a coffee shop patron. I was there a few days before for a fitting to see what 80’s era closing would work best for me, and have ready for when I came back on set. Got there and gave me a completely different outfit because I guess the director or someone else thought I would work better as someone working at the joint.
One thing I particular funny that day was when I got to the stage I was on the other side of the counter and acting like I was working that job, so I asked one of the crew ladies what she would like to drink. She replied “I’ve had 3 expressos already” for the day and I said back, “Alright, one nyquil.” She had a good laugh at that.
Another photo from when I was there for Bill and Ted Face the Music. This time it’s a shot of the crew, and Alex. Just wish I was closer to the stage then I could have gotten more, instead of forcing myself to zoom in, because that never comes out well.
I was in Hollywood yesterday to be part of a scene for the new Bill and Ted movie, Face the Music. In the scene there is show being done by Kid Cudi, who I’ve honestly never heard of till a few days ago, but thought he put on a good performance. I did see Alex Winter there too but no Keanu Reeves
Anyways, something that was different about this was the director did say it was ok for us to pull out our phones to take photos or video. I guess it’s to help promote the movie. The reason I thought that was a bit strange is that when you are a background actor, agencies like Central Casting (who I’m registered with) ask you don’t take any photos or video on set. Some shows you go on might have to sign an NDA. But, I remember when on set for Stumptown they did ask us to pull our phones out but pretend to record the concert we were at for that scene.
Anywho, Bill and Ted Face the Music is in theaters in August.
So that post I made about how I was on the show, Stumptown, and couldn’t get a screen shot from the site because of some coding that prevented that? I got it. Took long enough.
Also a funny thing that happened that day when I was at hair and makeup. The guy checking on my hair asked, “Did you straighten your hair before getting here?” Then realized that was it’s natural state. I also showed a photo of me with long hair.
That awkward moment where I was placed in a mental health facility and they also happened to of been recording a episode of the show SWAT. This is pretty much my scene, relating to a person escaping the place.
Looks like it was part of the introduction sequence of the episode. I believe that is me in the back outside walking by. I mean, that kind of does look like my hair from what I can tell. I don’t know, I could be wrong. But that was a long day.
